Earls Colne Open Gardens 2010
This years event will be held on Sunday 20th June 2010 at 11am-5pm.
We would really like to add some new gardens to the event, so if you have been thinking about taking part, make this year the year!
St. Andrews Church and its bell tower will be open for views over the Colne Valley.
Tickets will be available on the day from St. Andrews church or from "Fork andles" at the other end of the High Street. You will also be able to buy tickets 2 weeks before from "Ziel"
If you are considering taking part, remember, you don’t need a large and perfect garden to open it to the public. People like to see what you've done with your garden and how you’ve developed it over the years. They commiserate with you over difficult areas, (too shady, too dry) and don't mind looking at the compost heap or dandelions in your lawn; people are looking for ideas, as well as being able to comment on your hard work.
If you would like to be involved in this years open gardens please send Kirsten your details using the form below or call her on 224913.
Last year the event raised £712.50 which went towards St. Andrews "kitchen and loo fund".
Thank you to everyone that took part and worked hard to open their gardens and to everyone that supported the day.
